No login, no account, no email. The only thing that remembers you is a cookie on your device — plus a few third-party exceptions we spell out plainly below.

There is no such thing as signing in here. Doing the quiz, posting, or even just reading the wall drops an anonymous cookie on your device. We never ask for your name, email, or phone, and there is no account to tie your posts back to a real person. As far as our own records go, you are anonymous.

That cookie is also the only key to your own posts. While it is on your device, you can delete anything you wrote. But if the cookie expires, you clear it, or you move to another device or browser, that link is gone for good — and then no one, including you, can manage or delete those posts. This is on purpose: it is part of what makes the wall safe to be honest on. Decide what you share with that in mind.

When you finish the quiz we store your result, the statements you tapped, a country-level location derived from the request (country only, via Cloudflare — never a precise location), and a timestamp. We do not store your IP address.

Because there is no login, that anonymous cookie is also how we remember what you have read. We record which posts you open — tied only to that cookie, never to a name or any real identity — so we can eventually surface more of what you actually relate to. It is behavior on this site only; we never follow you off it.

Everything you post on the wall — confessions and replies — is anonymous and public to other visitors. No account, no sign-in, no name attached, ever.

Unsafe content (self-harm, explicit, abusive, and the like) is automatically hidden, not deleted. You may still see your own post on your device, but it will not be shown to the public. The same applies to replies. A post can be live for you while moderation decides whether it becomes visible to everyone.

Honest exception — third-party analytics and ads. In this early stage we load Google Analytics (GA4) and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, because we currently rely on them to measure the quiz and run our ads. These tools collect device, browser, and approximate-location signals and are governed by Google's and Meta's own privacy policies, not only ours. We do not send your post text, replies, or anything you typed to them. We plan to remove them once we are past the early growth phase.

What we do not collect ourselves: we do not fingerprint your phone or build a device profile, we do not pull anything from your other social media, and we do not gather your browser or environment details. The third-party tools above are the one exception, and only while they are loaded.

If you turn on notifications, we store a browser push subscription so we can nudge you when someone replies or says “me too.” No email or phone is involved, and you can revoke it any time in your browser settings.
